Thank you for booking your eye exam with OnSight, we understand that life can get busy, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. To ensure we can better manage our schedule and minimize no-shows, we've implemented a deposit system. You can make a secure $50 deposit, which will reserve your appointment slot and be applied to your final bill. This deposit helps us reduce cancellations and ensures that your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Please know that your deposit is fully refundable if you need to cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours of notice. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best possible care!
