Mobile, Concierge Optometry Services
The difference between our mobile eye exams and an in office exam is that we perform the exam in the comfort of your home, school or office using portable equipment. A personalised, concierge service offering convenience like never before.
Vision Check and Prescription Renewal
We check your vision and determine your glasses or contact lens prescription easily with our portable equipment.
Eye Health Checks
Our mobile equipment allows us to check the anterior and posterior eye for diseases such as diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, glaucoma and more. Your exam will also include retinal photography. We accept insurance.
Frame and Lens Selection
We have a wide selection of frames to choose from. A curated selection is made available to you during your appointment offering you the opportunity to try frames on and find the perfect pair. If you need more choices we have a vast collection online.
All of the lenses that you might require – from standard single-vision lenses, through to ultra-thin progressives and Transitions.
Prices start at just $100 for single vision and $280 for Progressives.
We also offer eye care accessories. Glasses chains, magnifiers, lamps, eye drops and contact lens solutions.

Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
Services are available to individuals from 4 years of age. Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Booking and Scheduling:
Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Appointment times are subject to availability and confirmation by the clinic.
Payment:
Payment is required at the time of service unless insurance is being billed directly.
Accepted payment methods: credit cards, debit cards, select insurance plans, cash or online bank transfer (preferred)
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Insurance:
Onsight Mobile Optometry Clinic accepts select vision insurance plans. Check with the clinic for a list of accepted providers.
Patients are responsible for any co-pays, deductibles, or out-of-pocket expenses not covered by insurance.
Services:
OnSight offers comprehensive eye exams, prescription eyeglasses, contact lens fittings, and eye health checks.
The clinic is not equipped for emergency eye care. In case of an emergency, patients should seek care at an urgent care center or hospital.
Prescriptions:
Prescriptions provided are valid for one year.
OnSight is not responsible for errors or issues related to incorrect information provided by the patient. OR errors associated with online eye wear orders.
Use of own frames:
OnSight offers the option of replacing lenses in your existing frame. We aim to treat your frames with great care however in the event that your frame is damaged OnSight cannot be held responsible.
Privacy:
Patient information is protected under HIPAA laws. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
Parking and Travel Fees:
While we do not implement travel fees for accessible locations, Parking fees may apply depending on the location and distance of the service site.
Liability:
OnSight is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the services provided unless due to gross negligence.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and payments through eligible insurance providers. Payment is due at the time of service.
Do you offer glasses and contact lenses on-site?
Yes, we offer a variety of prescription eyeglasses and contact lenses. Orders can be placed during your appointment.

A typical eye exam takes about 30–45 minutes, depending on the services required.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
If you miss your appointment or cancel within 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply.
